MISSION STATEMENT :
We will provide our customers with the most efficient shopping
environment by presenting the most comprehensive line of tuxedos
and formal accessories worldwide while continually improving our
levels of customer service through training, total quality management,
and advances in technology.
ORIGIN :
With over 20 years of experience in the tuxedo industry, the founders
of Buy4LessTuxedo.com realized that we could use the internet
to meet the formal wear needs of customers all over the world.
In 1999, our initial website was established. Online sales were
coming in at a rapid pace!!! Once we noticed that we were onto
something special, we decided to take things to a new level. We
had a vision of creating a site which would contain every possible
tuxedo & formal wear accessory in existence -- an easy to
navigate site where people can find exactly what they want at
the lowest price!
Our first office was located in Bristol, PA in 1999. In 2003,
we were pleased to move into a larger office facility to accommodate
our growing staff of employees. Shortly after in 2004, we were
fortunate enough to joint-purchase a 20,000 square foot warehouse.
In 2006, we experienced our best year ever and once again was
voted for "Best Tuxedo eTailer of the Year" for the sixth consecutive year.
Throughout the second and third quarters of 2007, we have just added an additional 10,000+ square feet to our warehouse in order to accommodate our growing inventory and extension of product lines.
PHILOSOPHY / ENHANCED LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE :
We believe strongly in relationship-building. In order to make
our mission a reality, we had to network with the best formal
wear manufacturers in the world. Through close relationships and
agreements with these designers, we are able to provide our customers
with the largest selection of formal wear at the absolute lowest
prices. Not only do we maintain close relationships with the designers
and manufacturers, but we also make relationship-building a priority
with our customers. When dealing with us, you will see that we
will always give prompt responses to any questions or concerns
that you have. We get to know our customers and their individual
needs. We believe that if you feel that one of our representatives
develops a close relationship with you and becomes your own personal
consultant, you will be more likely to do business with us again
and again.
IMPORTANCE OF ETHICS :
We believe that it is the responsibility of upper management in
a company to stress the importance of business ethics to all the
employees in a company. We do have a formal written "Code
of Ethics" that we require all employees to understand and

VALUE-CONSCIOUSNESS :
Although we do implement a low pricing structure, we do not
sacrifice quality or value. We do not support, nor conduct, deceptive
business practices such as including inferior second-quality merchandise
in our product lines, "knock-offs", or any "salvaged"
goods that have imperfections in the goods. All of our products
are authentic and manufactured directly by the appropriate manufacturer/designer. |
