Classic tuxedos
are embodied in the 1 and 2 button tuxedo jackets with the standard
satin lapel. The most popular of lapels is the notch lapel, followed
by the peak lapel. There are some who prefer the soft round edges
of shawl lapel, but this style is reserved for the dinner jackets
most of the time. Regardless of the type of fabric all classic
tuxedos should have a plain satin lapel without designs or additional
trim. These lapel types are available but are not considered the
