How do I place an order?- We encourage you to place your order directly online. Our website's online shopping cart is fully optimized to take any and all orders. By placing on online order, you are able to take advantage of such features as up-to-the-minute estimated delivery dates, complete product customization, product closeups and alternate option views, and much more.
- When can I expect to receive my order?
- Orders are often shipped the same day received, almost always by the next business day. Orders received Friday 1pm EST through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday. Please note that Next Day Air orders that are shipped on Friday will not be delivered until Monday (next business day). Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.
For your convenience, we display "estimated delivery dates" during your checkout process. You can use these dates to determine what shipping method works best for you. - Is it safe and secure to submit my credit card and personal information online?
- Absolutely, we do incorporate SSL (Secured Socket Layer) Technology. This encrypts your information and prevents others from being able to see your information.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), PayPal, personal checks, money orders, and traveler's checks.
- Will I receive a receipt after placing my order?
- Certainly, after filling out your online order, you will receive a detailed invoice receipt that you may either save or print out for your own records. You will also automatically receive an email confirmation with your order details.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes. You will notice an "Order Status" link on our website's top navigation menu. This will allow you to track the status of your order at any time online.
- Can I cancel an item after I have already placed an order?
- You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it at no charge. Orders are processed rather quickly and it may have already been shipped. But we do allow a 6-hour window for cancellation from the time you placed your order. However, if you are canceling your order after the 6 hours and it has not been shipped, there is a $25 cancellation fee. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the merchandise once you receive it. If your package is refused after being shipped, you will still be charged for the shipping and also the return shipping.
- What about sales tax?
- If you are a Pennsylvania resident, 6% sales tax will automatically be added to your order in the shopping cart program. Otherwise, tax will not be added to your order.
