Question Title Do all tuxedo pants come "unhemmed"? Are there any tuxedo pants that come "pre-hemmed"?
Most tuxedo pants come "unhemmed."  These pants are manufactured with plenty of extra fabric at the bottoms to allow for tailoring.

The only tuxedo pants that currently come pre-hemmed are the pants by either Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren.  Both of these designers allow you to select a pre-hemmed pair of pants.
