I am looking for a patent leather lace-up where the footbed can be removed to put an orthodic underneath. Do you know of any models that you carry that are like this?

Unfortunately, none of the tuxedo shoes currently allow the footbed to be removed.  You may want to consider visiting a shoemaker to make a custom formal shoe for you.
