How long will it take to receive my shipment?- Orders are often shipped the same day received, almost always by the next business day. Orders received Friday 1pm EST through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday. Please note that Next Day Air orders that are shipped on Friday will not be delivered until Monday (next business day). Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.
For your convenience, we display "estimated delivery dates" on each item's product page (click to view example), and more importantly during your checkout process, where all items in your cart will be factored in to the displayed date of arrival. You can use these dates to determine what shipping method works best for you. - What methods of shipping do you have available?
- Standard orders are shipped out via UPS Ground at a flat low-rate shipping fee of $8.95. Expedited shipping options are available, including UPS 2 Day Air ($27.50) and UPS Next Day Air ($45).
- Is "rush delivery" available?
- Rush deliveries are available. During your checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to select 2-Day and Next Day shipping options. The "estimated delivery date" for each shipping option will be displayed for your convenience.
- Additional shipping charges for Hawaii and Alaska?
- For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we use UPS 2-Day Air Delivery. Shipping cost will be $35.
- Can an order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
- Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, unless the address is a military (APO or FPO) or university address.
- Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
- Yes. All orders to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $23.95. During your checkout process, be sure to select the appropriate Armed Forces Postal Office in the "State or Province" drop down menu on the Billing/Shipping page.
- Do you ship packages internationally?
- No. We do not ship to countries outside the United States.
